Day 47 - Milk mutiny!

Jiaying," I very much prefer my milk straight from the cow (my mama). I will register my displeasure with my mama!"

Day 46 - Meeting papa's friends！

Jiaying," we visited papa's friends. There were so many Kor Kors around but thankfully papa and mama didn't try to matchmake me. My Kor Kor is still the cutest. "

Day 45 - Day out at grandparents'

Jiaying " Papa and mama are out hunting for a mozzie free place. So Kor Kor and I are at our grandparents' place. I slept all the way thru. "

Jiaying," TGIF! Like my knee high socks? On other news Kor Kor pretended to be a pianist today. "

Day 42 - Bookworm in the making

Little Miss Jiaying and her mama had an enjoyable time reading her black and white book. 

Day 41 - Reading with mama

Jiaying and mama had an enjoyable reading session today. Also mama settled her health insurance.

Day 39 - Day at grandparents'

Jiaying,” Kor Kor and I spent an enjoyable morning at grandpa and grandma's place while mama and mama went house viewing. Do you think I'll be getting a new playroom?" 

Day 38 - Joint Pedi Visit

Today both cute-cutes went to TMC together for their regular check-ups. Kai was running all over the clinic. Ying was comfy in yummy mama's arms throughout, wondering why Kor Kor prefers anything else.

Day 37 - Pretty in pink

Jiaying," Do you like my pink Taichi outfit? I liked it so much that I peed on it. Like all the other things that I like very much. Eg mama. My mama had her first reading session with me today. " 

Day 36 - Hair raising afternoon

Jiaying " I think I got papa and mama's hair genes. They're all standing on end!" 

Day 35 - Caught in the act.

Day 34 - Staredown between Jiaying and Cow

Day 33 - Kungfu panda!

Jiaying (aka Jia Jia), " Look at my armchair Kungfu skills! Oh but wait, perhaps there are more than 1 pair of pandas at home." 

Cue: Sleep deprived papa and mama. 

Day 32 - I'm a little teapot...

Jiaying," I'm a little teapot short and stout, here is my handle and here is my spout. "

Day 31 - Celebrating my birthday!

Jiaying :" I had a very enjoyable birthday celebration. My Kor Kor seemed to have as much fun - he helped my blow out my birthday candle and cut the cake. And see how happy he is with the balloons. Don't fly away Kor Kor!" 

Day 30 - I'm one month old!

Day 29 - My pimples are clearing up!

Day 28 - Little Miss Chubby Cheeks

Jiaying ," Wonder why pork cheeks are so sought after? If they're any bit as tender and plump as mine, no wonder. "

Day 27 - Playtime with Kor Kor

Today was the first time Kor Kor and I played together. Look at us in my play gym. Kor Kor seemed to take quite abit of interest in my toys- some of which he was scared of when he was my age. I'm braver than him of course! :) 

In the evening, there was also another first - where papa used a sling to carry me while he and mama had dinner. 

Day 26 - Erythema Toxicum!

Mama and papa were worried that my complexion is increasingly peppered with angry little red pimples. They took a photo of me to show Dr Ang when they visited her for Kor Kor's follow up check up. Dr Ang took one look and said - Erythema Toxicum. It was quite a mouthful and sounded quite scary - so mama looked it up when she got home. Turns out about half of full term babies get it and it would go away by itself. I hope so too! 

Day 25 - Happy birthday Kor Kor!

Kor Kor turned 1 year 7 months. Look at the big cake - it's bigger than my face. I will ask mama when I can eat cake. 

Day 24 - Papa is better!

Jiaying is very glad to know that her yummy papa (obviously the mozzies thought so too!) is better. 

Papa went to get his blood count tested in the morning and his platelets and white blood cell count had increased. 

Mama is very relieved. 

Mama also asked for some papaya leaves to be juiced for papa's consumption - (while feeding Jiaying at night), she read on the internet that they helped in recovery. 

Day 23 - Mirror mirror on the wall...

Jiaying :" mirror mirror on the wall, who has the most pimples of them on? I'm quite upset by my complexion. Mama say she'll be responsible for my facials for now on. The current beautician CMI! "

Day 22 - Finally reunited!

Jiaying is very happy that she is finally reunited with her Kor Kor and papa and mama. So much that she woke up really early in anticipation of if. She also says that papa should get lots of rest to recover from his dengue too. 

Day 21 - Get better soon Kor Kor

Jiaying tells her Kor Kor - get better soon. Kor Kor's platelets continued to drop to 99 and Dear dear and Dearie Do decided to ward him. Jiaying tells her papa and mama not to worry about her and to get enough rest and take care of Kor Kor. She's in good hands.
